1. Eligibility:
Open to U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older. Employees of the Naval War College Foundation and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2. Giveaway Period:
December 1 – December 31, 2025. One winner will be selected each day.
3. How to Enter:
- Automatic Entry with Purchase: Place any online order during the giveaway period to receive one automatic entry per order.
- Free Method of Entry: No purchase necessary. To enter for free, subscribe to our email list. Limit one entry per person per day.
4. Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected randomly each day from all eligible entries (purchased and free entries). Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received each day.
5. Prize:
Each daily winner will receive one autographed copy of In the Beginning by John Jackson. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
6. Notification:
- Email subscribers: Winners who enter via email subscription will be contacted by the store to confirm their mailing address. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize; otherwise, a new winner may be selected.
- Online orders: Winners who entered by placing an online order will have their prize shipped with their order automatically.
7. General Conditions:
By entering, participants agree to release the Naval War College Foundation from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation or acceptance of a prize. The Foundation reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors affect its integrity.
8. Privacy:
Entries are collected solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
